From the Pastor's Desk 10/8/2021

The whole place is buzzing today, in final preparation for the Fall Bazaar! A year ago, we had to cancel this event because of the pandemic. COVID is not in the rearview mirror yet, but we have learned how to be safe as we practice John Wesley's first general rule: "do no harm." There will be masks and hand sanitizer available, as well as other adaptations this year. Please continue to wear your mask and maintain safe distances from others while you are in the building, but do stop by 9am-1pm Saturday! Then join us for worship on Sunday as we continue our journey with Jesus through the tenth chapter of Mark. This week, Jesus has a conversation with a rich young man - and this is the only person about whom Mark says, "Jesus loved him."
