From the Pastor's Desk 11/19/2021

This Sunday marks the end of the church year, as we celebrate Christ the King (or "Reign of Christ" in some churches). You'll also hear a couple of Thanksgiving hymns, to get you into the spirit of the week to come. Note that there is NO Thanksgiving Eve service - the worship team will be busy that night recording worship for the First Sunday in Advent!

This year's theme for Advent is "Emmanuel - God With Us" and I hope you will invite someone to share your worship experience through this season, whether in person or online. Just as God is with us in the person of Jesus Christ, we can also be Christ to one another by simply being present with each other. You can read more about our plans for Advent in the Spire, but stay tuned - some surprises may be added as the season progresses!
